Hi Jen, we have done this migration (from Bluepoint/Alogent) to JHA’s ImageCenter (ITC). We carried over our old Canon CR-50/55 scanners but are now deploying new ISV Pro Elite Scanner Single Pocket, 55 dpm, 100 item feeder, endorser Part Number SSP1-ELITEM55 scanners that perform better and will replace our aging Canons. We use separate DL/ID scanners. We did add Alert Manager but I don’t have any examples to show yet. But we thought it worthwhile. Benefits for us were cost savings vs. Bluepoint/Alogent, and a streamlined technical solution with better-supported JHA/Episys integration. I could get a colleague with better answers, who is closer to operations, and led our deployment if you like.
